The actual worry for India is not Laddakh: What is it then?

Laddakh is something which is on the number second in India's current National Security Tasks list. Although the tussle with PLA in the disputed area of Laddakh is costing India much in terms of both, the lives of soldiers and its apparent mighty face on world map.
A Colonel and two other soldiers of Indian Army have recently been killed by the PLA that too by hand to hand combat and not even with firing or rifles.

Still the main cause of worries for India is it's hen's neck which also bears the front with China and its the most vulnerable section of its territory seen viz a viz the states where the separatist movements are catching rhythm. The circled portion on World map as follows:-
depicts the narrow pass-through gateway of India to its states which are almost behind Bangladesh. These states include:-
  • Nagaland
  • Manipur
  • Assam
  • Mizoram
  • Tripura
  • Meghalaya
Now all these states are bearing relatively more active, powerful and acting separatist movements. Nagaland and Assam topping the list.
If the map is viewed in terms of main geographical actors it can be concluded that three countries surround India's hen's neck which are China, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
There is no need to describe India's current relations with China as it is crystal clear nowadays.
Bhutan is not that interested in the ongoing tussles in the region much as it has not much to gain.
Remaining Bangladesh and Nepal, both have induced a worrying amount of anti-India serum into their countries with respect to both the general public, and state authorities.
Several protests in Bangladesh are held in Bangladesh for the brutalities India conducting against Indian occupied Kashmiri Muslims.
Nepal's parliament and authorities are very active and taking both political and decisive actions regarding its disputed territory with India.

In these conditions as clear from geographical facts, only if China doesn't act itself and support Nepal and Bangladesh in pushing down the already thin passage to more and more narrow gateway and ultimately amputating it, State of India's land route to six of its already loosely bound states (mentioned above) will be totally cut off.

These are the reasons India is being very polite with China and just "requesting" PLA to go back.

Laddakh: Please go back, Indian army's plea to China
